The scheme at West View, Messingham was a speculative development project carried out by Alaway Construction and comprised 8 luxury detached 2/3 bed bungalows.

The bungalows were constructed to individual designs with detailed architectural features to the external elevations. Internally the level of specification and standard of finish was very high and the bungalow layouts included ensuite accommodation, American oak kitchens and many other modern features.

The development proved to be very popular with our target markets and sales were completed soon after completion on site.
