A roll out programme consisting of the refurbishment of several hundred stores was carried out by the Somerfield Group over a two year period. Alaway were involved in a large number of these projects at sites as far a field as Glasgow and Torquay and project values ranged from £100,000 to £350,000.

Most schemes involved the closure of the outlet for a very short period of time and complete refurbishment of the interiors introducing new corporate branding and revised store layouts. Work was carried out on a 24 hour a day seven day a week programme and all the projects on which we were involved achieved the Client’s target handover dates.
