The project at Milton Keynes was carried out on a design and build basis over 60 weeks and comprised the construction of a 148 bed nursing home for Restful Homes Limited.

The building was constructed over four floors in traditional brick and block with Upvc windows and a plain concrete tiled roof. Facilities include ensuite bedrooms, communal dayrooms and dining rooms, kitchen, laundry and bar.

The project value exceeded £4.5m and the contract was completed on target in 60 weeks.
