We have been working on several different projects at the luxury 4 star Forest pines Hotel and Golf complex over the last 2 years for the Q Hotel group.

Our work on site has included the construction of 6 disabled access bedrooms, new staff dining and kitchen facilities, complete refurbishment of the leisure, pool and golf facilities, construction of a new main entrance and refurbishment of the restaurant and dining areas.

The new golf bar facilities necessitated the construction of a first floor bar and social area in place of the existing single storey building. This ensured that golfers can now get the benefit of tremendous views of the golf course whilst they enjoy their after match drinks with seating provided on a luxury open air terrace.

A key to the success of the project was the contribution made by the lead designer JWA ARCHITECTS lead by Mr Dave Rattan with whom we have established a very successful working relationship.

All the different projects have been completed on time with very little disruption to the day to day running of the hotel and the total value of work carried out to date exceeds £3m.
