The project at Bramley involved the construction of a four storey office block for local developer Fenwood Developments.

The total floor area of the scheme was just over 2000m2 and the construction consisted of a pre cast concrete piled foundation, steel frame structure with curtain walling, cladded roof, feature facework and stonework to the external envelope. Internally the offices were finished to shell stage ready for fit out by the tenant.

The project value was £1.9m and it was completed on target in 36 weeks.
