The project at Bolsover Road, Sheffield comprised a block of fourteen 1 / 2 bed apartments constructed over 4 storeys for a local developer.

The site itself was located on a small corner plot with a considerable level variation and the design of the development meant that space on site was very restricted and construction therefore had to be very carefully programmed and planned to avoid disruption to the local community.

It was a Planning requirement that the building would become a focal point for the local area and the appointed architects, Coda, made use of various different external materials to provide a modern and attractive building.

The Project value was £1.2m and it was completed in a period of 42 weeks.
