The scheme at Allington was a speculative development project carried out by Alaway Construction and comprised 5 luxury detached 4/5 bed houses.

The houses were constructed to individual designs with detailed architectural features to the external elevations. Internally the level of specification and standard of finish was very high and the house layouts included ensuite accommodation to all rooms, feature oak staircases, American oak kitchens with granite worktops and many other modern features.

The development proved to be very popular with our target markets and sales were completed soon after completion on site.
