The project at Claremont Lodge, Fontwell was carried out on a design and build basis for Royal Bay Developments.

The project comprised two buildings – a single storey 15 bed close care apartment block and a two storey 30 bed care home with an attached 5 bed close care apartment block. Each of the close care apartments comprise 1 or 2 bedrooms, a shower room, dining room / lounge and a separate kitchen with fully fitted units. The care home has traditional ensuite accommodation with communal dining and social areas and kitchen, laundry and office accommodation.

The project value was £3.6m and it was completed on target in 52 weeks.
